Our beads and links can be hand-washed, cleaned with warm water, soap, and rinsed well. They should NOT be washed in the dishwasher or washing machine.

To determine the size you need: Measure your pet’s neck, or remove their collar and measure it instead. All necklaces are made for a comfortable fit. Please reach out with any questions in regards to fit.

Can I walk my dog in your necklace?

No. Our products are just that, necklaces. Please note it’s not recommended to clip a leash directly on the necklace. These accessories are for styling purposes and pets should be supervised while wearing them. Supervise your pet if your pet is a chewer.

What if my item gets shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer?

Unless the buyer indicates a different shipping address prior to shipment, orders will be shipped to the address provided when checking out. Please check this prior to submitting an order and upon checkout. Anything returned to us due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
